Ask any historian or scientist, and they will tell you how, in the last 100 years, there have been more technological advances than in the 2000 years preceding it. The 20th century, and even the beginning of the 21st, have been the most influential times in the history of our race, and have changed the world (for good or bad) we live in, and HOW we live in it.
